Anxiety causes warm burning in left side under ribs?

Hi. Does anyone have a burning feeling in there side from anxiety?

Well I can say I've had that burning sensation before while going through this anxiety but I wasn't sure if it's because of heartburn or the anxiety so I'm still confused about it.

Yes I have this! Although mine usually occurs under my right rib cage, I believe it's anxiety related. It has subsided since coming back from a long trip - I have a fear of flying. Hasn't happened since I got off the flight on Sunday.

Try drinking some hot tea (camomile or lavender) and do some upper body stretches.
