Hi does anyone else's anxiety go through the roof when they're unwell, or their mind run wild? My two daughters have chicken pox & tonsillitis so they're very unwell but today I've had a banging sore head, sore throat, every bone in my body is aching & i'm chittering. I'm so anxious after having quite a good few days, I'm panicking wondering if it's just the cold or something worse! The thing that's making me anxious is the fact that we haven't been near anyone that's been unwell so I'm kinda freaked out wondering how we got it but the doctor did say that you don't need to be near anyone with chicken pox it's just in the air.
