Feel crazy right now..

I guess I haven't really been taking care of myself well for the past week or so. My sleeping schedule is reversed and I haven't been eating well. (fast food, caffeine). Well now I've been up all night and it's 10:45 in the morning and I feel absolutely crazy. It's like derealization but worse. I feel so out of it and I'm scared if I go to sleep I will die. I feel like I'm in an alternate universe. I want to call my boyfriend at work and make him take me to the hospital lol but I know he'll just tell me I'm alright, it's just anxiety, take a xanax, etc. Meanwhile I'm convinced I'm about to lose my mind or die. :c does this sound dangerous?
