pain in left arm :( specially the area of my arm down the elbow

i have pain in my left arm nd it's been almost a month since i have this pain nd its very slight pain not an intense one ....i am worried all the time about it that i might have a heart problem nd sometimes at night i feel like am dying nd i want to cry so hard becz of this feeling can anyone tell me what it could be or does anyone feel the same

The more you worry, the more muscle tension you'll get which means your arm will hurt even more. Soak your arm in hot water and also gently massage the muscle. Use something like Deep Heat or Tiger Balm. Both are available from pharmacies.

If the pain persists, please go and see a Dr.
