So i've been having this weird thing where my heart beats fast and then slow for no reason, and it goes on and off, is this my anxiety that's causing this? Or is it a heart problem?

I get this sometimes when I have a panic attack. My doctor told me it's just my heart trying to return to a normal rhythm. This is why you sometimes have palpations.
If you have any worries, a quick trip to the doctors should help. I did this and I had a very healthy heart
