fear of dark

is anyone else scared of the dark to the point where it cause insomnia? if so how did you get over it as id love to get over my fear of the dark x

Hi princess, I used to be as a child, I'd imagine I could see all kinds of things!! To the point I couldn't move, but looking back it was connected to my anxiety. I was having a difficult time with what life throws at you and as a child you don't know how to deal with it. So don't think your not normal, if you could find the cause of your anxiety you'd be part of the way to curing it. You can get better, you just need to get the right help. 🙏🏻take care princess.

Try sleeping with the TV on with just little volume,a light on that's not to bright maybe it might help you...
