You could try starting the day differently. For example, take deep breaths - breathes that go down into your stomach, not the breaths that make your chest rise.
Have a glass of water by your bed and drink it as soon as you wake up. Change your getting up routine, if you make changes like this, and when you wash. dress etc, your thoughts will have to be different. Doing nothing different will only reinforce your expectation. Worth trying for a week. Peace!
