Hi self-love, I consider myself pretty much under control with my anxiety and yet, whenever I'm ready to go out or am driving, there goes the constant jumping in my stomach and chest. I get through it by deep breathing, it's the only thing that has helped me. It's annoying.
I never experience this before, it feels like my organs are jumping. It scares me!
Oh my dear, it won't hurt you. It's just your nervous system reacting to you constantly being anxious. I'm sorry, I know when it happens for the first time and you are not quite sure what it is, it would be scary. Try not to let it worry you. Some meditation and deep breathing should calm you down some. x
