Miss taking my medication

 I usually take a 45mg Mitrazipine every night but I get times when I miss for a few times like today i felt really freaky really stressed and anxious I thought i was losing my mind with over thinking getting into some right states until i thought that I was probably suffering withdrawal 20 minutes after taking I was fine.

Hi Dodo,  in a way that was a good test for you on how much you need that medication.  It must have been wonderful to have that relief from those horrible symptoms after you took you pill.  Those medications certainly serve a purpose for our emotional needs.  I bet you won't miss tomorrow.   How are you doing other than that?   Are you able to eat/drink any better?
