MrsBO8,   I'm sorry you are feeling this way.  Is there anything we can do for you? Being here to listen and support you is what we do best.  There are times that we all go into the bottom of the pit of depression.  So many things can cause that feeling to escalate to a new time low.  We are here, because we all care about each other.  Continue to post, hopefully we can extend our hand to you.   Sending hugs  xx

Hi mrs BO8 about 6 months after start of anxiety I suddenly felt at an all time low didn't care if I never woke up in morning it passed eventually I take it one day at a time never being complacent I really hope that's going to be your experience please keep faith and find the strength to one day u can say f@ck you anxıety xx
