Can you turn on some guided meditation for anxiety. I fear death too, in fact a lot of us do! Guided meditation can be found on you tube and it really helps.
No offense to you but that's probably the best way to go out lol an accident or getting killed would be more of a fear for me
Chelsea, I am going through the same thing this week. I was just released from the hospital today and even there with a heart monitor on and vital checks every 3 hours I could not sleep.
