Can't sleep at all is anyone else having trouble sleeping😢

Hi Colby , Sleep is so precious these days for me having gone through a very bad time of insomnia when I was at my worst anxiety and thyroid health issue I can look back and understand more, it got do bad I ended up exhausted in A&E with anxiety took was given diazepan I think it's called oh my gosh hadn't slept in months it was getting bad, I had the best nights sleep ever I will always remember that however I knew I had never suffered before only took fir a short time , I trained myself to eat better sleep inducing foods sleepy relaxing teas herbal remedies hot steamy baths with lavender in and hot milky drinks books good films all helping my mind I didn't want yo become reliant on things I wanted my body to naturally feel tired again enough to sleep, please try but don't go too long like I did see gp in relation to.a sleep aid good luck sweet dream zzz hopefully big hugs binkynoo.
