Taking ssri's

I've got a ton of physical symptoms from a really stressful 3 months of anxiety. Headaches, chest pain, and stomach problems. I've been really resistant to meds, can anyone that had physical symtoms share their experience with ssri's? Did it help relieve the pain? I'm considering taking them cause I dunno if I can do it on my own

I was prescribed SSRIs for mental problems only. Didn't work well for my mental issues, but ive heard the work well for so many others. Have never heard about them for physical issues but I know mental can affect physical.

SSRI's make your stomach poorly in most people as a side effect. They certainly do with me.

If you already have stomach problems then personally I wouldn't touch an SSRI unless directed by a doctor.
