My anxiety came back a little. Had an attack on Saturday ended up in hospital but I'm fine even went to doctors today because I've been sick everyday and vomiting most days. So yeah I'm getting the thoughts I'm dying again although they're not that bad I only get scared when I have an attack, also my leg muscles won't stop having little spasms :/
