Well the great life with anxiety. Been feeling really well since the meds level out. So woke up in the middle of the the night. And just didnt feel right. Stomach just icky as ever. Then just as it always there it comes like a quick right hook. So of course i start the breatheing techniques. Works a little. Then of course i talk it out here. Well this helps a little more.
