Hi depresia is with me for 5 years now I take sleeping pills during the day because they help me zopiclone but the night still can not sleep 😩

Hi.Maybe I have read your post wrongly, but the drug Zopiclone is generally only prescribed for extremely short periods of time - like about a week or something and daily use is unusual. The other thing that stands out is that you say you are using sleeping tablets during the day. It is not surprising then that you find it hard to sleep at night. Maybe you need to be talking to your doctor about your medication.
