Not to bad thank you , have to keep trying to remember what day it is as with Christmas it seems all the days get muddled up but other than that

I am pleased you had an ok Christmas , I think we can expect Christmas to be like the adverts portray it as wonderful but it never is quiet like that so ok is good

I had a quiet but nice Christmas , I have learnt to not expect to much and that way anything else is a bonus

Good for you working on your feelings but remember we all have them and some are good feelings and even the bad ones let them come and go and learn how you dealt with them when you did so it makes it easier if and when you feel them again
