Whent and they just said premature beat sometimes, fairly normal thing (pac or pvc) doctor was impressed with my knowledge lol They prescribed my beta blocker,....might take small precent of it if anything everyone's telling me they wouldn't take that beta blocker hmm

Anxiety and not to eating right I'm thinking but all the blood work, thyroid, X-ray were all normal and whet was detected on the ekg is also a variation of normal. Premature beats sometimes. So my goal now is to relax big times ans see fi can make it all vanish. Really not a fan of the beta blocker preprint ion because my hr is normally low but in 60s but I'll research it and still most all take pill dust...nothing almost...probably wasemt in ER cuz I was nervous.

What dose is the beta blocker? I also without anxiety have a heart rate of 60, I was given 20mg beta blockers and they did nothing I tried 20mg which helped a little but from research 40mg is the dose given for anxiety and panic but I've been too scared to try that dose even though I know it should be fine people take a lot higher doses.

You can use the beta blocker as needed instead of on a daily basis maybe try that if you worry about taking it daily?

I'm glad all results came back normal mine did as well but it left me stumped as to why I was feeling so physically crap could not accept it as anxiety a year later still struggling.
