I suffer from both it has eased up a lot however I just don't feel the same person anymore and take really weird also when I get derealization does anyone have it where they look around and things seem strange and u try work out what's wrong with them asking silly "what if" questions about like thing we're getting bigger or something which I know is just rediculous! Any tips on how to help this out
