We have nerve endings all over our bodies even our scalp and if you are anxious then this can trigger them of

Have you changed any products you are using ?

Does it look sore or just feel sore ?

If you are really worried then you could ask your Doctor just to take a quick look but if it is not a regular thing it could very well be another anxiety symptom

Feels sore to touch like it's bruised Iv had it quite a while now 😔 X

Have you had a look , does it look red or inflamed ?

If you are not sure just let your Doctor or a nurse at the surgery have a quick look , I am sure it won't be anything serious but it will give you peace of mind if you get it checked x
