Linden Method

Hi

Just wondering if anyone on here has tried the Linden Method ?I keep seeing it on Facebook etc but it kind of sounds too good to be true??

Is that the retreat in England ?? They do that its on facebook you go for four days , but I haven't heard if its good!!

There is a retreat, but there's also a pack with CDs, booklets, DVDs etc that you can send for and do at home. It claims to be the "only" cure for anxiety and has a lot of testimonials, including from famous people etc.
