severe anixity

hi everyone in new to this but i need to talk to someone thats going through what i am. iv benn suffering with a anixity for about 9 months now iv had all the test done ect and they came back fine but for the last 3 weeks now i seem to be getting my anxity really bad at night when i wanna go to sleep it feels like my head is shaking inside and my hole body is rushing and then i start panicking myself thinking im gonna have a heart atack cause then i start getting chest pains and pains in my arms

I get this shaking inside my body and in the back of my head it is so disturbing so I know how you feel but the key is to just remind yourself this is just anxiety and it will go away then move on and let yourself shake who cares (easier said then done) it takes practice.
