Tough battle

This is such a tough battle I'm trying to fight through this everyday it's hard to convince yourself you're not dying with all these symptoms and feeling out of place mentally it's so hard

Its so very hard I'm so tired as been on a train most of the day travelling and I'm so exhausted my anxiety keeps taking over and I'm convinced I'm going to die but luckily my husband is also very tired so I know its just anxiety making feel like this this is why I come on here because iI need reassurance to make me realize its just anxiety...and I know from your posts you feel like your dying a lot so just think you're fine its anxiety you've felt like this before and it will pass xx
