I'm quite appalled about the limited spaces regarding one to ones in my area and been told just to wait for an appointment but I feel like I really need to speak to someone regarding my anxiety issues...the drs are rubbish too I find the lack of support regarding mental heath quite upsetting...luckily I have you guys to speak too in the meantime but I feel like I'm not getting any better
