Cants sleep, breathing trouble

Got bloody problem breathing today, tight chest, constant yawning ( catching breath ) annoying!

I have the same thing plus more since Feb...just gotta keep in mind this too will pass. Splash cold water on your face exercising I like yoga. The breathing techniques don't work for me neither does a warm bath. So had to find other ways to calm myself. Hope it passed since you posted this 6 hrs ago...and one other weird thing I tried and it seemed to work is muscle relaxer cream. A Dr once told me,"if pain subsides after you apply muscle cream then its not a heart attack." Silly thought but it helped ease my mind. And I'm not easily persuaded usually. Ha Ha hope you feel better. Oh and laughter helps look up some funny videos on YouTube to make you laugh. Anxiety is a serious character so it doesn't like laughter ruining its parade. Ha Ha

basically your shallow breathing thoa will make you agitated and the feeling like you cant catch your breath. Yawning is not what happens when you tired, its because your lungs need more air. Thing to do Is try not to concentrate on how your breathing, occupy your mind with something else. Hmm well I paint my nails lol 😁 sort you wont really do that but the concentration works. Ermm I'm laughing at myself sorry sunshine, ir is an horrible feeling but I find if I so something that takes concentration the tightening and breathlessness will pass our bodies are.designed to work off their own electrical system xx when you try to take over it doesn't work. Its nothing serious but the more you think of it the more anxious you'll get and the more breaths your taking is confusing your system, if you get what I'm saying. Try drawing or even prepping a meal it will soon pass. Xxx mandy😊

Hello, I myself have had breathing troubles for almost a year now. I always feel like I am breathing through a straw. I have extreme anxiety, I'm not fat but a little overweight, I do not smoke but I use to and I'm 26 yr old. I have gone to Dr.s and ER's but everything is always NORMAL. They have done series of tests too. So I have come to terms that it is just anxiety! I don't take a daily medicine for anxiety but I take alprazolam when needed. I have started to eat healthier and I feel a slight difference. I started taking vitamin B and occasionally I take magnesium. I have read that they help with anxiety. I always feel like my heart has problems from anxiety. Last night I went to work out and I feel so good today. I felt weak and sick after the workout but now that I see it didn't kill me I feel so much better. I was worried when my heart was up to 160 and I felt like I was breathing incorrectly but I didn't stop. What I'm trying to tell you is get on a better path and start to fight this the healthy way. Eat better, get as much rest as you can, exercise, workout and try taking vitamins. See how this helps, all we have is our health and bodies. We need to take care of those.
