Electric shocks

Morning campers, got that electric shock feeling in my head this morning and gasping for air I was shaking, went to grab Karl but he'd left for work. Aww hate them leave me drained tried going back to sleep but everytime I closed my eyes I kept seeing pictures freaks me out big style. Anyone else get these.xxx Mandy

Mandy, I've never had anyone relate that feeling so well. It is kind of an electric shock feeling. I have had them in my head, neck shoulders and arms. Tingling sort of. Never all places at once ... I have no idea what causes it. Our bodies are electrical-run by our nervous system so it makes sense that it could happen. Might be something like having a nerve or nerve ending that is blocked or maybe too much energy at that point. Don't know if that makes sense to you but when I had acupuncture for headaches the dr said that sometimes we can have too much energy in a point. I never forgot that. There doesn't seem to be any lasting effects. Just feels strange when it happens. Something to consider anyway.

Meant to also say that I've had that gasping thing that wakes me up. I don't know if it is sleep apnea or stress or what. Doesn't happen often. I try to sleep with at least 2 pillows. Sleeping flat seems to make it happen more often. I have not seen pictures as you mentioned though..,

Yeah I happens to me when I'm over stressed, I cant fall asleep on my back as it causes the shocks and also paralysis, I also get another one where I wake up and my wallpaper in my bedroom is completely different to what it is and I'm wide awake. It's very weird dunno what thats all about. Xxx scary stuff 😐 xxmandy
