Does anyone have this? Laying down to sleep and your pulse goes up and almost like a rush feeling comes over you. If I get up it goes away.

Yes I have had this as well as been able to hear my pulse in my ears when getting into bed
If you have been anxious during the day when we start to rest it is the body calming down normally that causes this
If it becomes troublesome have a word with your Doctor
