chest pain

So I had my result day today. didn't sleep all night because of the worry. It sucked a little btw. And now i have this pain in my left side of the chest. Kind of a throbbing like when you feel your heartbreak. But only this is Muscle. Is this angina or heart attack?? Really scared. Don't know what to do.

i have been suffering from major chest pain as well. I tell myself that if eases up even only for a few seconds it's probably just anxiety. I have read that heart attack pain will make you drop to the floor in pain. If you can possible focus on something else it might go away.

yeah I tell myself the same thing. Also, I feel my left arm go weird. Like when lactic acid builds up and you feel your arm go weak and flaccid type. I feel like that. I think It could be some stomach problem too. I've always been gassy too. Could you help with this?
