I have been on Paxil for 18 years off and on mostly on. I had a really bad episode 6 months ago when I was trying to come off again. Since then I have increased the dosage twice. 10 days ago I went up to 40 mg. still have anxiety and feel very fuzzy in my head. Is this normal? Should I wait it out or I wonder if I need to change my meds

I would leave it alittle longer and then if nothing go back and change them
So today was a great day. The first time I took a lorazepam and it really helped. I don't know if it was because it gave me a break in my anxiety or if it was just by luck. I will always keep fighting
