hey guys, (this is depression based) i feel so numb but i hurt all over, and i keep crying for no reason, i dont know whats up with me.. i cant sleep but im so tired.. in every way. can anyone give me some advice or something to take my mind of it

I can't cry but can't sleep and feel like I'm not 100 % there it is very upsetting but we have to find a way to make the best out of it. I know it is easier said than done.

Firstly don,t be afraid of meds, they take time and help.

Find someone you can talk to and will listen to how you are feeling,

Do things you enjoy, and if that's hard at the moment spend time away from stimuli....I used to spend time with nature...a walk in the country/park.

This will also help as exercise will receive the symptoms.

As far as possible remove your self from negativity be it people/ newspapers/negative TV.

It takes time for your racing mind to slow down...give it time...GBx
