To make sure that I'm really okay ? Seriously when it's gonna over ? I just can't imagine that I'll spend my life feeling anxious all the damn time

I feel you. I have been suffering with anxiety for the past 9 years. I would get anxiety and these anxious feelings when im doing simple stuff like waiting for someone to ask me how my day was (usually when a group is around) or just asking the teacher to go to the bathroom. Anxiety has even ruined my grades. I just stop and think that a lot of people are going through the same thing as me and there is nothing wrong, and there is ALWAYS treatment.

The key thing is finding what works. Unfortunately it's a neverending battle. 😥
