Iv had the worst Christmas ever

Why so?

I am sitting with my parents I am 40, single could look at it negatively but thinking positive. I am also interested in listening if you want to talk. That's what this site is for!

Sorry you aren't enjoying Christmas, sometimes it makes people, who are anxiety sufferers worse and maybe it is a lonely time for you?. Try and take everyday as it comes, can you get outside for a walk? The New Year will be around the corner, and hopefully a new start for you, the lighter nights and the weather will improve.
