Reaction to anxiety meds

I have been dealing with debilitating anxiety and extreme panic attacks for two years now. In the last year I have been on 6-7 different meds to try to cope. After a month or so into the medications I have insane episodes of anxiety, tension, anger, dizziness, sickness, shaking, sensitivity to light and loud sounds. My health care provider thinks I'm sensitive to serotonin and is passing me off to a specialist. Has anyone else had these issues or similar side effects. The only thing that seems to help is Lorasapam but that makes me feel like a living bowl of jello.
