To me it sounds like the stress you are putting on yourself about tomorrow is heightening the symptoms in your head. I have the same problem. The less you worry the easier it is to cope with, I find the best thing to do is to be as active as possible! I know if you've been stuck for a while it's hard to start doing so but the more active you are the better you'll feel, the key is to teach yourself to 'not think' this will take away the stresses of worrying and your symptoms will go with it eventually, it's not a quick fix, it's unfortunately going to take some time and you'll come out a stronger person for it.

This happens to me a lot too! The thing is when it happens I tend to worry more which makes me more anxious and then it just gets worse! I hate that I feel this way.
