Hi I was like that in May for at least 2weeks it was a nervous breakdown hope u get better soon xx
When I feel like that, I tell myself that I'm ABLE to get up and see to myself so feel grateful and just make myself do so - isn't easy!!!!
How are you doing now? Did you get some help?
