Hey guys.. So I have my first counselling session for my anxiety next Tuesday.. It's been a while since I told my family about it and things have been good since then.. I have been keeping my mind occupied and I haven't had a full blown anxiety attack in a week or so.. I still get my panics but it's not like it was. I'm just worried about talking to her, I don't know how to start off really. I'm just wondering if counselling helped anyone and really what goes on in a session?
