Does anyone have bad days then normal nights? Really getting me down now this sweating and feeling hot and anxious all the time!!!!

I'm exactly the same I have days wen I'm like it in the day and nights wen I'm like it. I'm hot and anxious now. Well I'm having hot flushes due to pregnancy and then I get all anxious. I'm sitting in the bingo and I'm like it. Really at this moment I cud run out the bingo and go home but I'm refusing to let it get the better of me like it did before xxx

HI All, Can I firstly ask if you could refrain from swearing as its not allowed in the hu rules. It offends some of our members and as we like to help all we can, we are nice and friendly in always x I do tend to find that anxiety can come in waves and there are days you can feel low and the nights you come alive, this is down to the levels of corticosteroid, which is what sets off anxiety and such being higher through the day and as you tire and your body begins to wear out the levels are naturally replaced by good feelings xx Donver

I completely understand how you feel about the sh*ty days and normal nights and I also suffer from sweating, feeling hot and anxious all the time and its not easy to switch the aforementioned feelings, I know.
