Headaches

Getting really fed up with headaches can't go to work can't eat as tend to feel get nausea with them and lightheaded for the past 3 months how can anxiety make you feel like this I don't understand how this is possible? I just feel I'm dying of an awful illness and nobody seems to understand.

Hello maimi. are you taking any meds for your anxiety I recently upped my dose for depression and I have been getting the headache side effect. Maybe ask your Doc if you have symptoms of migraines Has anyone in your family suffered from migraines..I use a cold compress over my eyes which seems to help.. Cooling down the forehead seems to work ...good luck Hope your feeling better soon. steve

Hi Miami

I find forehead and cocodamol help with my bad headaches I seem to have them constantly and they get me down too

Would suggest going to see your gp until they give you something to help

Hi Jules. Keep going to the doc's but never seem to get anywhere. It's just hard to convince myself it's nothing more serious I think that would be half the battle. x
