Hi.

I have suffered with anxiety for about 3 years now I suffer all the usual daily sickness headaches dizzy and light headed just wondered if anybody knew of anything to take for the dizziness? also has anybody tried calms tablets they advertise? Thank you

Hi yeah I've had all them symptoms still quite bad with it all tbh. Fed up with it now I've basically been housebound for 2 yr now. Anyway hope u feel better. X

are u ever sick or just feel sick? nausea is a problem for me stops me eating some days altogether when is it going to end.

Is that while you've been taking them?

If it is then you can get nausea as a side effect but it usually goes after a few days. Xx

Hi miami, its an awful way to feel.I have all those symptoms too.I take xanax during the day.and it helps me to walk,my GP told me to sit and breath into a paper bag for a few mins,if you havant got a bag just use your hands accross your nose and mouth,i,m sure you know to breathe in through the nose hold for few secs and slowly out through the mouth.it does help with the dizziness.I have taken klams night.it says to take 2 but I just take one.and they do relax me at night,I havant taken the day ones,because i,m taking xanax,but I do take rescue remedy,this helps with the butterflies I get in my stomach,I also take motilium for the anxiety related nausea I get,Hope you feel better soon..love Miarose xxxx

Thank you for your reply it really helps to know its not just me suffering these terrible things. Is your anxiety all the time or dose it come in cycles as in a couple of months off then on again? it's really awful I really do feel sometimes its never going to end.
