Try and stick with the changed dosage,unless the side affects are really bad.

Its awful ive already noticed the difference and its only been a day. But im gunna try stick with it for a bit to see what happens. Thanks xx

You may have read my other post. I have decided firmly to reduce my zopiclone intake as I have finally admitted all the long term damage I know it has been doing. However it is hell as I only slept two hours last night. If only we could just wave a magic wand and that period of time would be over. So I do sympathise with you. Do try and stick with your changed dose. It will be worth it in the end. Gemmalouise x
