The old heart...

It's having a bad day today....I feel a pressure in my stomach on the left side and it goes all the way up into my throat and then my little heart jumps...skips...flutters.

Trying my hardest just to get on with things and I'm hating myself for giving it the attention it doesn't deserve.

Roll on 5.30 for the weekend cause I'm struggling today

28 , that's not an old heart , maybe a famous one but not old

I think my migraines may become as famous as your heart if they carry on , I had the aura again last night & believe me the anxiety was full on & I am still having to deal with it today

My Mum used to say you need putting in a bag & shaking up !

Not quite sure what she meant but think she meant I needed shaking up & hopefully would come out not worrying ....shall we have a go

Good for you trying not to give it any attention , its had enough & its a very demanding little heart at that !!!

Hope the weekend will help you to relax & then it will settle down for you , I do feel for you this fear which then causes anxiety is terrible when it reaches its peak !

Keep giving it less attention & lets hope it gets fed up !!!

Hats off to you for continuing to work. Anxiety is an awful thing. We don't ask to get it and those who don't have it seem to think we can switch it off and on or pull ourselves together. I think these modern workplaces have a lot to answer for. Jobs are scarce and employers think they own a piece of us just for the sake of a paltry wage that often isn't enough to pay the bills. We need a social life, but some of us can't afford one and that doesn't help our health either! Rant over!
