Hay meg,

I'm not sure, but I definitely know stress and anxiety can. Ive had some monster headache and migraines and I now it's anxiety because as soon as I relax they go.

Ian

They come when I am relaxing, just wondered if it was the tablets

I'm sorry, I don't take the meds either but I do get a LOT of headaches which I put down to stress.

Perhaps you could NHS Direct a ring? I've found them very helpful when discussing side effects, dosages, etc

Ok. That's not long so it could easily be taking your body a little while to get used to them. I don't do meds but my friend is on these and she swears by them, has had really good results. I hope it will be the same for you :)

Hi Meg

I take Citalopram, what dosage do you take? I had a slight headache when I started on them but it soon disappeared. Can take a few weeks.

Most A/Ds can cause headaches to begin with.

Anxiety can cause very bad headaches and depression can too, it could be that even though you feel you are relaxing the anxiety is still there in the form of a headache, call your GP tomorrow and ask for a talk with him/her over the telephone, they should be able to advise you, or NHS 111 are good too. All the best. X
