Last night I snapped at my partner for no big reason really,lack of sugar probably as I,ve just gone on a health kick but it's no excuse,felt all anxious afterwards and said sorry as I swore as well which I only do when I feel highly anxious as its very unladylike,I'm lucky that's he's used to me being a moody cow!

HI Booster x I can understand this one, as I to have a knack of taking things out on my hubby x I think we get frustrated as we don't understand why our bodies are going so wrong x It could be lack of sugar, hormones or just the anxiety x I would,nt worry about the swearing either I do it a lot lol x These little blips are understood by men x Yes we are lucky they understand us being moody x Donver
