I feel like I'm sliding and terrified. Trying to avoid full blown panic attack. Any ideas?

I am sorry I didn't notice your question till now & I would imagine your panic attack will have passed
When I feel one coming on , I have learnt how to accept it & not to fear it , this doesn't always stop one happening but it does take some of power away from it
When you feel one starting try & say to yourself , I know what is happening , this isn't pleasant but nothing bad is going to happen to me because it wont even though I no at the time it feels like it
Try controlling your breathing taking deep breaths in & slowly letting them out till it passes
Have you been to see your GP about how your anxiety is affecting you ?
As people come on & see your post I am sure you will get lots more advise , I think its with the New Year it is a little slow but keep coming back & posting as it does help to know you are not on your own & people do understand & will try & support you

do y know of anyone who can be agressive at times and depression i have anxiety i cna snap ay folk if im ill or stresssed i cna hit out start swearign nad cna be nasty now and again id nver hit anyone just be funny wiht them im on medictaion for this i tend to wory a lot i just wodnered fi y know of anyoine who has this porblem happy new year tigeress

I think we all can snap at people when we are feeling anxious , depends to what degree though if it becomes a problem
I would ask this question in a post & more members will see it & you would get more replies
