Having dreams that your dying, what does it mean? It's scaring me. Is it anxiety

Hi Ahmedkobz89, don't be worried by dreams, because that's all they are! Just your mind being creative dreams can mean many good things but it's nothing to worry about!!

It just dreams they meam very little your mind feels tired and think stuff up do you do relaxation it helps loads

I had several dreams the other week just the same , they are so unpleasant especially when you wake up & for an instant you think it is true !

The true meaning or so they say if you dream about dying is that you are ready for making a change in your life , so if there is any truth in dreams which I am not sure about sounds like you are maybe going to make some kind of change & could be a positive one !

Dreams usually I find are bits of things that have been bothering me , sometimes I have even forgot they have & then they play on your mind & come out in these strange dreams , but please try not to worry , it really doesn't mean anything is going to happen to you & it wont !
