To any who have INEXPLICABLE nightsweats - not dream activity - or any activity at unusual time. Wake by choice early - 5.30-6am, 90-120 min daily indoor cycling, sometimes 60 min swimming twice weekly, 30 min walks twice weekly. Diet vegetarian. Vascularely ordinarily fit. Why regular nightly sweats that drench? - Very interested.

If possible have your blood sugars measured. The nurse at your practice would do it probably.
