anyone heard of rescue remedy?

I use the drops all the time never without them just put 4 drops on tongue whenever cannot overdose,find them most helpful.

I use it all the time, takes the edge off. The 'sleep' rescue remedy is good for getting rid of 'intrusive' thoughts. Give it a go... it's all natural.

Well, there is the usual Bach Rescue remedy and then there is a Bach 'sleep' one. I guess they may have a different combination of flowers in them. They all help anyway and are natural. Try them and se how you go.
