Hi & Welcome

It is very , normal indeed , it is one of the main symptoms alot of us feel who suffer with anxiety

We use so much energy been anxious , it leaves us feeling drained all the time , & for those that dont sleep well even more so

I get up & most days , I dont feel i have even been to bed

Have you seen your GP , as well as telling them how you feel , they may just do random blood tests like iron levels etc , which no doubt will be normal

Keep talking on here & you will get lots of good advice as well as not feeling alone with this

Why why is right. I myself feel tired a lot of the time, although I've slept it often feels like I haven't, I'm on no caffeine as well because of the tabs I'm on plus caffeine heightens my anxiety. But everyone is different

Anxiety is very tiring, yesterday I couldn't keep my eyes open. I sometimes think HA is sometimes as bad as a physical illness, you have all the symptoms but can't find a cure. Keep in touch and look after yourself. Mary xx
