I managed to go out again today! Yet now it's coming to the time when I need to pick my son up I am getting really anxious, so because of this I've rung school and told them to pass a message onto him that he can walk home himself. As soon as I did this I suddenly felt relaxed! School is 2 houses away from home, I can hear the children playing and I can see reception from my bedroom window, so it's not that far away.
