I agree, mine are shot at the mo. I really have to concentrate to get it right.

Yep, memory and concentration go out of the window when I'm anxious or worried. I've always got a 'post it' note somewhere to remind me not to forget to do something or other!

My short term memory is really bad which makes you feel even more worried it doesn't help I also have Dyslexia which also affects your memory.
